We are a virtual bookkeeping and financial support service for small businesses. We understand the challenges that small business owners face. Ray brings a unique set of skills and experience to add to bookkeeping including;

Over 30 years leadership experience with Fortune 500 companies adding some new perspectives to your business
MBA in Finance from Villanova University, BA in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh
Experience in accounting, budgeting & forecasting, financial analysis, process improvement, banking & investments
Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor

As Co-Owner Ann brings a broad set of experiences to our services. Ann attended Rosemont College in Pennsylvania and focused on Human Resources. She also held positions as an Executive Assistant and a Marketing Administrator in both the mutual fund industry as well as a small architectural firm.

We operate virtually (remotely) and focus on accuracy, efficiency and ongoing improvement to take things off your plate. While taking care of your bookkeeping and removing some headaches we bring a new perspective to partnering with your team on automation and other process improvement opportunities.

We work from Dublin, Ohio, but with our remote capabilities we serve clients regardless of location.
