Pricing

Regardless of services chosen, all fee levels include;
- cash flow and financial process improvement recommendations at no extra cost
- a QuickBooks Online account provided by us (if needed)
- our ongoing, direct coordination with your accountant as needed

Hourly rate of $95/hour for clean-up and a flat fee approach after clean-up. A flat fee approach provides you with the best predictability for your expense and cash flow planning. Again, this includes us providing a QuickBooks Online account with all the accesses you and your team need.

The fee depends upon details of the scope of work, however, as an illustration, a business for which we do bookkeeping and payroll for up to 15 employees typically brings a fee of around $750-$1,000 per month.

In addition to the package chosen, there are a la carte services available to help make your business more efficient and to improve your cash flow. These are priced based upon scope assessment. Examples include; project cost tracking, inventory accounting and more.
